On Friday the two recipe competitions closed to any further entries. We have been amazed by the response of both the public and the hospitality industry to the competitions and we will be updating the site shortly with the shortlist of finalists, so keep checking the site or alternatively sign up for updates on our hompage.

We’ve just had the final draft of the Queen Scallop recipe competitions passed under our noses so all being well the details will be released in the next few days. What we can tell you is there will be two competitions, one for restaurateurs, and one for the general public. And if the accolade of Queenie recipe champion 2008 isn’t enough the prizes on offer look great too!
