Not all events require you to register but where they do a form will appear below. Divefest IoM on Sunday 11th July 2010, 12 – 6pm at Chapel Bay, Port St Mary.
Qualified Divers need to print, sign and bring the Diver Registration found here.
People wanting to do a try dive must be over 12 and complete the Try-Dive Medical Disclaimer found here. This must be signed by an adult if the diver is under 18. Try dive places are pre-booked by emailing michelle@discoverdiving.im or calling 300090.
Qualified Snorkellers need to print, complete and bring the Snorkel Registration found here.
People wanting to do a try snorkel must be over 6 and complete the Declaration of Fitness for Snorkelling form found here. This must be signed by an adult if the snorkeller is under 18. Try snorkel places are pre-booked by emailing michelle@discoverdiving.im or calling 300090.
